This State mandatory class is your first step in obtaining a Florida real estate sales associate license. In this comprehensive class you will learn the Florida real estate license laws and the basic principles and practices of real estate. Upon completion you will be prepared and ready to take your state license exam.

Looking to complete your 14 credits of continuing education ( with Core Law & Ethics ) to renew your Florida real estate license. If you don't like online classes, but also don't have enough time to sit in one place for 14 hours, then this is the one for you. In our express class you will be given 30 minutes of personal legal updates, you will complete a 30 question test live in the classroom, then you will leave with a complete booklet of all the newest real estate practices and legal issues for you to read on your own time. This course IS FREC APPROVED satisfies 14 credits including the 3 cr core law, 3 cr ethics and 8 cr specialty.

In this training session we will show you how to obtain listings, how to work with buyers, additional real estate laws you need to know, an overview of financing, settlement and a look into the basics of real estate investments.
