To Disclosure or not To Disclose that is the Question? This course will review disclosure requirements, mandatory & optional. We will dive into over a dozen possible disclosure issues from environmental to situational and discuss what the real estate agent’s role is. Finally, we will review several case studies and discuss the real estate agent’s responsibility to use reasonable care and the outcomes if they do not.
