FREC II Real Estate Broker Pre Licensing Course This comprehensive course covers the most updated state mandatory curriculum for broker candidates. This courses topics will include real estate law, principles and practices, real estate math, closing statements and escrow account reconciliation as well as other various topics regarding the real estate transaction.
