Jennifer Segala

Established in June of 1990, Gateway School of Real Estate is a state licensed school that is dedicated to providing the very best real estate educational courses. Primarily teaching Sales Associate , Brokers Courses, & Continuing Education Credits.  Jennifer G. Segala a Massachusetts approved Instructor (#004) is the owner and principal teacher of all classes. Classes consist of live instruction by Jennifer and other special topics instructors. Lessons are taught by association, practical use and from much of Jennifer's own experience having been in real estate for the past 22 years. If you are interested in obtaining a real estate license.

The state of Massachusetts requires that all candidates must first successfully complete a pre-licensing course.  Gateway School of Real Estate offerscourses every other month as a 3 or 4 day comprehensive class covering all state mandatory topics.

Once you have completed the required course you are then eligible to take the Massachusetts real estate exam.  When you have passed the exam you are then eligible to receive a license (currently this is all done in one step, you are now issued a license at the testing center the same day.)

Gateway School of Real Estate continues to holds an impressive student passing score of +80% passing the first time , and maintains the policy that in the event any student does not pass the licensing exam after completing the required course, they may return to any future classes within a 1 year period to review or brush up on any of the course topics, at NO additional fee.

In addition to offering you a fun educational experience Gateway School of Real Estate is still able to offer you these course at a minimal cost to you.
